share stories about their time abroad or away and can provide first-hand advice and
guidance before, during, and after your experience.

don’t have to be interested in the destination where the Peer Advisor studied or the
program they participated in to talk with them.
Hi everyone! I am a junior majoring in International Business and minoring in Italian
and Business Law. I participated in the TU Italian Language and Culture in Venice,
Italy faculty-led program in Minimester 2023 and the TU Global Internship Program
in Rome, Italy in Summer 2024. Studying and interning abroad helped me improve my
Italian language speaking skills, build lasting friendships, and gain practical experience
in my field. I encourage everyone to take the opportunity to study abroad or away!
Hello, I'm Marianna! I am a senior majoring in International Studies with a keen interest in geography and
international affairs. In Summer 2023, I participated in the TU French Language and Culture program which helped me improve
my French language skills and broadened my perspective on the world. My study abroad
experience taught me to be open-minded and adaptable and opened doors to new friendships.
Hello! I am Rose Braddock, a junior International Business major with an Italian Minor.
I participated in the TU in Italy - Florence program to for the Spring 2024 semester.
During my time abroad I was able to expand my Italian language education as well as
grow personally by getting out of my comfort zone and being open to new experiences.
One of my favorite parts about studying abroad was taking a cooking class for the
first time!
